Special Discipleship Class Sign Up

If you would like to attend one of our Special Discipleship classes, please fill out the form below. Childcare birth - 4th grade is available. If you sign up for a class and need childcare but are unable to attend the class, please let us know ahead of time so we can notify the childcare workers as we only provide childcare if needed.
